In Microsoft Word, you can automatically generate a bibliography after submitted all true information of the sources what you used to write in your paper. Each time you add a new citation to your document. You should use the proper format of citation it appears Reference & Bibliography as well. Such as MLA, APA, and Chicago-style.
MLA
MLA stands for Modern Language Association, MLA format follows the author-page method of in-text citation. This means that the author's last name and the page number(s) from which the quotation or paraphrase is taken must appear in the text, and a complete reference should appear on your Works Cited page. The author's name may appear either in the sentence itself or in parentheses following the quotation or paraphrase, but the page number(s) should always appear in the parentheses, not in the text of your sentence.APA

1. On the References tab, in the Citations & Bibliography group, click the arrow next to Style.In a line, Placing it with article headings

2. Click the style that you want to use for the citation and source.

3. Click at the end of the sentence or phrase that you want to cite. (In line citation with headings of the articles)
4. Click Insert Citation and then select Add New Source.

5. In the Create Source pop-up window,

6. Select Type of sources, that what type of sources you want to cite and type in the citation details with fill-up the fields of Author, Title, City, Publisher etc. (You can add more details with click checkbox of Show all Bibliography Fields)
7. And then click OK.
When you've completed these steps, the citation is added to the list of available citations. The next time you quote this reference, you don't have to type it all out again, just click Insert Citation and select the citation you want to use.
Create a Bibliography
Now that you’ve inserted one or more citations and sources in your document you can create your bibliography.Placing it at the end of whole document & put all reference together
1. Click where you want to insert a bibliography, usually, at the end of the document on a blank page.
2. On the References tab, in the Citations & Bibliography group, click Bibliography.

3. Click a predesigned bibliography format on Bibliography, References or Works cite to insert one bibliography style into the document where you have wanted to create References table.
Find & Edit a source
1. On the References tab, in the Citations & Bibliography group, click Manage Sources.
2. To find a specific source, do one of the following:

• In the sorting box, sort by author, title, citation tag name, or year, and then search the resulting list for the source that you want to find.
• In the Search box, type the title or author for the source that you want to find. The list dynamically narrows to match your search term.
3. In the Source Manager dialogue box, under Master List or Current List, select the source you want to edit, and then click Edit.

Note: To edit a placeholder to add citation information, select the placeholder from Current List and click Edit & you can edit placeholder from Master List as well.
4. In the Edit Source dialogue box as like Create Source Dialog box, make the changes you want and click OK.
Edit a citation placeholder
1. On the References tab, in the Citations & Bibliography group, click Manage Sources.2. Under Current List, click the placeholder that you want to edit.

3. Click Edit.

Note: Placeholder sources are alphabetized in Source Manager, along with all other sources, based on the placeholder tag name. By default, placeholder tag names contain the word Placeholder and a number, but you can customize the placeholder Tag name with whatever tag you want.
